Finding Your Size

Finding Your Size

Every style is shown in EU sizing with its US and UK equivalents alongside, so your size reads as 42 EU / 9 US / 8 UK. The conversion is the same across the collection. What differs from style to style is how each pair should feel on the first day.

Loafers

The Yacht Loafer, the Positano City Loafer and the Panarea are cut on a slender last with a narrow width. They should feel close across the instep when new, with no heel slip, and the suede will soften gently over the first week of wear. Because the last is narrow, we recommend sizing up if you are unsure of your size or find yourself between two sizes.

Mules

The Saint Tropez mules have an open back, so the fit is decided at the front of the foot and across the vamp. They should hold the foot securely without pressing on the toes. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller one, as a mule that is slightly long will slip as you walk.

Sneakers

The Portofino, Alassio, Cannes, Antibes and Atrani are cut on a sneaker last and are usually worn with socks, while the Mykonos Knit Sneaker and the Sanremo Runner have knit uppers that gently hug the foot. For all seven, if you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.

Measuring at home

Stand on a sheet of paper in the socks you plan to wear, trace both feet and measure from the heel to the longest toe. Use the larger of the two measurements, compare it with a pair you already own that fits well, and consult the full EU, US and UK table in our Size Guide. Each EU size is about a quarter inch longer than the one below it.

If the first pair is not right

Try your shoes indoors on a soft or carpeted floor until you are certain. You have 14 days from delivery to exchange them for another size or return them for a refund, provided they are unworn and back in their original box. If you would like a second opinion before you order, write to our client care team. A photo of your current shoes and their size is usually all we need to recommend the right fit.
